We endeavour to provide and maintain a high standard of service at all times but if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact the Practice to discuss your concerns further.

Our Business Manager is the contact for anyone wishing to make a complaint.

Our complaints procedure is drawn-up in accordance with NHS guidelines.  Hard copies are available in our waiting area and by accessing the link below.

Similarly, we are always interested to hear comments and suggestions on how to improve the service we provide.
